During pandemic lot's of students got stress, headache and some health problems by blue light radiation passes through the phone and they got somer mental health problems
How I utilise the pandemic
I utilise the pandemic by attending psychological classes to prevent stage fear and to improve public speaking and they said that we want to concentrate on our speech and to improve public speaking watch some news,facts etc
How pandemic affected my life
In first i thought it will be easier for me and I could study well if I go to school and study but it is not what I have been thought it was much tough to change me to study lack concentration and not fear of exam and to study when I was attending school after 1and1/2 year and still I having some mobile addiction and make some silly mistakes in exam
To reduce stress affected by pandemic
1. Try to relax yourself
2. Learn to be creative
3. Spend time with nature
Some information about mental health affected during pandemic
In northern Europe 200,000 people of younger responds aare in mental health checkup are in the poorer mental health during in the first month of pandemic
Ways affected mental health
1. Lots of loan,debt
2. Missing the person who close to you
3. Social problems, discrimination, stereotyping us etc
Pandemic is boon and also a Bane
Whether it's a boon for us but it is a Bane for some students because it we won't want to go to school and can stay in our house and watch tv and can use mobile etc and personally pandemic is Bane for me and I live happily during pandemic it make me very lazy and happy
Conclusion
To my opinion pandemic affected all the people and made huge changes in human activity and mental health
