IMPACT OF PANDEMIC ON READING HABIT AMONG STUDENTS

How reading habit started :-

       Reading including magazine , book ,  novel or newspapers might help reduce loneliness and improve mental health and well-being during staying at home . The world has been shaken and normalcy has been stifled due to  Covid-19 pandemic , leading the affected people to adapt to the new ways of life and reconstitute habit inviting activities other than those previously practiced. Reading habits of university students have been adversely affected during this pandemic period . 

How avoid reading affected people :- 

Thus assumed that reading is the art of interpreting messages from various written materials such as books , magazines , journals , newspapers , dictionaries , and diaries . For students , elders and for many people interest in reading has become low , Small children from primary class didn't sit and study . Elderly people were mentally depressed . They can't go outside for their work and children also cannot get free air because of virus People can't also get products because they were afraid that it could affect them . They had network issues because the whole world was working from home and they also had power cut also many were got addicted to digital screening rather than taking and reading books from library or reading newspaper because they were afraid that it could affect them. The study finds many factors such as income lost , unemployment and reduction of various . They can'ttravel to another places even for emergencies because they were afraid that it could affect them . 

How people panicked :-

Due to pandemic, the confinement measures were  self-quarantine , physical distancing ,  banning group events ,school closing and lockdown . According to the result many people were active readers  furthermore changes in reading newspaper were related to age , education and income whereas changes in reading stories were related to age , education and job-type . Covid-19 cases suddenly started to raise in MARCH 2020 and universities has been adversely affected .
