 Strategies to promote inclusive education during remote learning

⭐Introduction:

Inclusive education all the students regardless of challenges are in same age - appropriate in  class room. Inclusive education during offline classes itself it is a crucial task. In this blog we will see the strategies to promote inclusive education during pandemic.

⭐Proper learning environment:

Teachers must create a safe learning environment. Teachers must set proper rules how to attend online class,how to dress, how to sit properly and behave well.

⭐Sense of belonging:

Teachers must provide sense of  belonging as psychologically safe. This can be brought out by the following ways building, rapport, and being humour and story telling and soon.

⭐ Resources material:

Teachers must diversify materials. Different types of students need different  materials. So it is teachers responsible to find suitable  resources.

⭐ Active learning :

Teachers must promote active learning. Students be trained to have active learning or learning through projects.

⭐Educate  inclusive:

Teachers must educate  to learn  tolearnce. So this bias among students can be stopped. Encourage students to work quietly and spread peace. 

⭐ Rewards: 

 Teachers should encourage students with positive words  and rewards. Students  should think that teachers will praise and good rewards .

⭐ Conclusion: 

Online education has a potential  advantages to involve increase education.
